We are always on the lookout for the best translation professionals who are ready to contribute to our clients’ success by allowing them to communicate effectively to their target audience.
Our Translators Selection Process is in 4 steps:
1 – CV Analysis
Our requirements are a Degree in Translations, a minimum of 2 years of experience, an advanced level of experience with translation tools, defined areas of specialization and references of previous employers.
2 – Sample Test
We then ask our prospective linguists to execute a translation sample focusing on different challenges to test their performance.
3 – Trial Period
All our new linguists will have a 3-month trial period consisting in the assignment of actual jobs under close supervision of experienced reviewers (mostly in-house).
4 – Tracking of QA sheet results
Depending on the level of experience or credentials of the translator, the trial period may be shortened.
Freelance translators must satisfy the following criteria:
- Native speaker of the target language
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as professional translators
- Relevant University Degree
- Professional references
